Today we commenced work on patching up the pumphouse siding at Sheffield Park. Most of the supplies had been brought down during the week, so we just needed to take them to the right place, and swap the new bits for old

According to our resident nature expert and Loadall driver, this
is a Cinebar moth caterpillar, which enjoys eating ragwort leaves
and being almost as hairy as me....
Despite the intermittant heavy showers, by the end of the day all the supplies had been used up, and it was time to depart amid another shower, and return to Horsted for tea and cake as usual....
