Today was a 22 turn, which involved 3 and a half round trips. The day started rather awkwardly when the firebox baffle plate ended up in the fire rather than above the door, but fortunately it was recovered without any problems.
Not an inspiring shot, but the first passenger train to leave northwards from platform 2 for a good few
years
Due to the engineering work requiring slight alterations to the operation at the end of the day,
we had quite a long pause before returning to Sheffield Park in the evening, so I took the opportunity
to take a pic of the engineering works to date
